Ways you can help
We welcome individuals and small groups to volunteer their time and experience.  We work to match the volunteer’s interests and talents with available projects. Volunteer projects include:

  • Special Events -- Race against Racism, VAP Style Show, Tribute to Women, Wingfest, and more
  • Service Projects -- Paint or decorate a room for residents, plant flowers or assist with other facility improvements
  • Share Your Expertise -- Teach a class or lead an activity
  • Organize In-Kind Donations -  Help our women and families by organizing a drive for necessities such as toiletries, bedding, gently used clothing, hats and gloves

We are grateful and appreciative of what this community does for YWCA Knoxville, which allows us to meet many needs. The need is always there, and so is the opportunity to volunteer. Call the YWCA at (865) 523-6126 today!
