About Our Fitness Classes

 

Yoga:  

Focused on learning to practice steady postures flowing from one to the next, including brief holding in the posture, with focus on breath and mindful movements. It is a relaxing and invigorating class for the body, mind, and soul.

Circuit Training: 

Style of weight training were one performs a series of exercises with little to no rest in between each set of exercises. There may be 3-4 exercises within 1 circuit and each circuit is usually performed at at least 3 times.
